To review current  Health and Wellness programming and services,  develop a vision that better integrates current and future offerings, and recommend steps to support the creation of a sustainable, campus-wide culture of wellness at NMH.

KEY STATS:

​Nearly 100% of students reported they were not getting enough sleep.

77.4% of students state they have not accessed wellness services and programming because of time constraints.

KEY RECOMMENDATIONS:

Adopt a wellness mission statement and the Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child (WSCC) model

Develop comprehensive programming
Improve collaboration across departments

Institute program evaluation methodologies

Every NMH community member will have the opportunity to gain the experience, skills, and access tools through our wellness programs to pursue happy, balanced, sustainable lives that, in turn, allow them to contribute meaningfully to campus life and the global community.
